Looking for a Disney World experience that blends timeless charm with Disney’s signature next – level service? Then make sure a stay on the Innkeeper’s Club Level at Walt Disney’s Boardwalk Inn is on your list! This is where turn of the century elegance meets modern magic. It’s a hidden gem for those of you seeking a more relaxed, luxurious Walt Disney World getaway – and it’s one of our family’s favorite resorts on the property!
An Overview of the Innkeeper’s Club

Located on the 5th floor of the Walt Disney World Resort’s Boardwalk Inn, the Innkeeper’s Club is Disney’s version of a concierge floor – a private access area offering personalized services, exclusive amenities, and food and beverages throughout the day. When you stay at this level you’ll be enjoying a seamless check-in process and be greeted by a cast member dedicated to making your stay magical, as well as access to a private lounge serving up delicious food and beverages throughout the day.
It is all about the little touches here: an amazing Nespresso machine (yep, feel free to ask the staff for assistance in using it!), evening wine and cordials, rotating menus, and a concierge team ready to make park plans feel effortless.
Club Level Perks That Make a Big Difference
Private Lounge Access
Warm and welcoming, the Innkeeper’s Club has big windows overlooking Crescent Lake and cozy seating that feels like a private retreat. It’s perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast, relaxing with a drink before dinner, or unwinding after a long day in the parks. Tip: Be sure to grab a complimentary water bottle and some fruit to take to the parks with you.

Food and Beverage Offerings
While Epcot has a lot food options (one of the reasons we love the park), it is so nice to have a relaxing, calm space to start your day or go back to when you want to escape the Florida heat or the crowds.
You’ll find food and drink options here almost anytime during the day with 4 distinct offerings:
- Morning (7am – 10:30am): Fresh pastries, hot breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and a variety of juices and specialty coffee.
- Afternoon (11:30am – 4pm): Light snacks including chips, trail mix, granola bars, and soft drinks.
- Evening (5pm – 7pm): A selection of hot and cold appetizers, cheese boards, bread, dips, and wine and beer options.
- Desserts & Cordials (8pm -10pm): Decadent desserts paired with after-dinner liqueurs like Amaretto, Bailey’s, and Grand Marnier.

Dedicated Concierge Service
While we highly recommend that you have reservations, tickets, and more set before you arrive (we talk about this with all of our clients), the Innkeeper’s Club concierge team is there to help with any last minute questions and needs:
- Booking dining reservations and Enchanting Extras
- Providing tips and strategies for Lightning Lanes
- Helping with park tickets and transportation options
- Creating magical touches for birthdays, anniversaries, and more
So Why Stay Club Level at BoardWalk Inn

- Prime Location: You’re walking distance to Epcot (via the International Gateway) and a scenic boat ride or stroll to Hollywood Studios. The easy access to both parks means you hit the attractions early, relax midday at the resort, or enjoy a quick walk back after the evening shows.
- Boardwalk Atmosphere: The Boardwalk area at Walt Disney World is one of our favorites. You can enjoy entertainment, restaurants, and waterfront charm just outside your door.
- Quieter Experience: Even though you have easy access to 2 theme parks, the Boardwalk Inn feels less hectic than some other Deluxe Resorts, and the concierge level enhances that sense of calm.
- Perfect for Adult Trips or Families With Older Kids: You get the Disney magic without the constant stimulation. It feels upscale but never stuffy.

Is the Innkeeper’s Club really worth it?
This, of course, is a question everyone must answer for themselves. We have loved our stays here and have returned again and again. The added comfort, convenience, and service more than justify the cost. The warm and welcoming Club Level team adds that personalized touch that we love. And those daily snacks and drinks? They feel like little bonuses that really add up.
If you’re celebrating something special or just want a break from the hustle of the parks, this is one of Disney’s best-kept secrets.
