Travel Agents use a lot of technology to make sure each client has a great trip. There are different systems, apps, payment authorization requirements, and other tools that are either required or make your work easier. We’ll provide you with the technology you need so you can focus on the vacation planning, and we’ll make sure you have all the resources you need to so it works best for you.

4. Keeping Up With Industry Changes

Even if you feel like you a know a location like the back of your hand, things change. Maybe you have cruised your entire life – new ships are launched. Maybe you have visited Walt Disney World every year since childhood – then you for sure know Disney changes things up frequently! Maybe you love strolling the Champs-Élysées, spotting wild animals in Tanzania, or watching the scenery from a train – whatever type of travel you love to take and plan, every year there are new things to learn or new requirements to travel.

5. Having Support When You Need It

This is the big one. We get it. No one is expected to know everything. And you when are a new Travel Agent it may feel like you are suppose to have all the answers. You’re not. You should have the support you need to find the answers, and knowing that you have that support when you need it is priceless.

We offer one on ones with all of our Agents and hold monthly team meetings. You can also reach out to the owners or other Agents for guidance, ideas, or a confirmation. Our Agency is a community and we help each other out.
