Bring the Whole Crew
Each tour can include up to 10 guests of any age (yes, that does include infants). If you want to travel with a larger group, Disney can do it. You can pay for a second guide that allows you to bring up to 20 people.
Pricing & Hours
One of the questions we get a lot is about pricing. The best answer, “it depends.” Here are the main things to know:
- Standard range is $450–$900 per hour, depending on season and demand.
- Minimum: 7 hours | Maximum: 10 hours (we can help you maximize your time!)
- As you probably would expect, weekend and holiday rates are higher.
Tickets Are Required
Everyone on the tour needs a valid theme park ticket (except those under 3). We also recommend having Park Hoppers so you plan to visit more than one park and get the most out of your Disney VIP Tour.
Rain or Shine Magic
Keep in mind that tours go on even if the skies open up—but don’t worry, your VIP Tour Guide will provide ponchos and activity alternatives (if necessary) to keep spirits high.
